FocusOnNaija.com: You are a known figure in the Furniture Industry in Lagos but we will like you to briefly introduce yourself to those who might not know you?

WoodenCastle: Good day, my names are Tanpinnu H Donald. I am the CEO of Wooden Castle Innovations Limited. Based in Lagos and I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting Management and am a Christian.(#Smile)

FocusOnNaija.com: Can you tell us how growing up was like?

WoodenCastle: I would say my growing up was very interesting as a positive confession because I was very focus and determined and there is proverb that say every decision you make will surely determine your destiny. My growing up was also very challenging but my focus and determination allowed me overcome trials that came my way.

FocusOnNaija.com: How and When did you start this fast growing furniture company,
Wooden Castle Innovations Ltd?

WoodenCastle: I started far back in 2009 after when I left the furniture company where I did my apprenticeship course for interior and exterior furniture décor with a certificate given to me and also worked as a staff for like five years before starting my own business. Sincerely things were not actually turning out for me as planned, that I was almost tempted to quite at a point in time, not until I had of a forum in my church Daystar Christian Center for DBA course which was known as Daystar business Academy, where I was taught on how:
* How to start your own business.
* How to start business with what you have.
* Customers to target for starting.
* Strategies to put in your business, to make it grow.
Sincerely, this DBA course was what restored back my vision to continue my business and this time around I was very focused and determined to face whatever challenges that came my way and at the end, victory at last, I succeeded.

FocusOnNaija.com: Can you let Nigerians know what Wooden Castle Innovations Ltd is all about.

WoodenCastle: Wooden Castle Innovations Limited is a complete interior and exterior furniture design company, that focused on providing innovative décor services including, furnishings, ornament and decorative accessories of all kinds, including carpets, rugs, curtain and blinds, ornamental wall fabric, statuette, carving, pictures, paintings, vases and flowers for both homes and offices.

FocusOnNaija.com: We got some information that the net revenue from your company rose by 500% in just 3years. How did you do it?

WoodenCastle: Well for the 500% rise in our net revenue, I will our good works made it so and with God by our side.

FocusOnNaija.com: Can you tell us what makes your company relevant over the years

WoodenCastle: I would simply say what actually makes my company to be relevant over the years is the quality of work we deliver and also been time conscious. We try our possible best to give client a very good design and best finish of any furniture items. We also delivere to them and also try as much as possible to meet up with the time given to client for delivery.

FocusOnNaija.com: Most furniture industries design furniture with poor materials quality, can you tell us how your company stands out with very good materials.

WoodenCastle: I will say that what we did first is to set a standard for the company and we stood by the standard. At times it can be very unfair to us when been offer some jobs that does not meet up with our standard, We sometimes turn such contract down because we know hopefully well, that it will make us go below standard and use low quality materials like other less qualified furniture companies.

FocusOnNaija.com: For starters, What are your key factors to excel in the Furniture industry.

WoodenCastle: My key for them to excel in furniture business is for them to be hard working, on top of their game and be REAL. Full meaning of this REAL are:
* R stands for you to be Responsible.
* E stands for you to do Excellent in all you works.
* A stands for you being Accountable in all you do.
* L stands for you to Love what you do and your client.

FocusOnNaija.com: We know your expertise lies in beds, office furnitures, wardrobes, sofa chairs and home furnitures. Can you tell us other things you do that we are not aware of.

WoodenCastle: Other things we are actually into are:
* We undertake and execute the decoration of any place, whatsoever and to make furniture of any shape and any size for both interior and exterior.
* To supply and manufacture of all kinds and do the same in respect of soft furnishing.
* To print and publish journals on decorating or any matter whatsoever.
* To carry on business and businesses of merchants, trader, importers, exporters, distributors, suppliers, wholesaler, retailers, buyers and sellers and dealers in goods and things of all kinds.
* To carry on business as suppliers of all kinds, and as dealers in real estate and intangible assets.
